At Fun Club Hub, we believe in the power of community and providing young people with opportunities to get involved, make a difference, and connect with others. Through our Community Events and the SPACE Programme, we create positive, fun, and meaningful experiences that help build stronger communities and give young people the chance to shine
Community Events
Throughout the year, we organise a variety of community events that bring people together, celebrate local talent, and provide young people with the chance to contribute to their community. These events are an opportunity to engage with different people, learn new skills, and volunteer for a good cause.
Some of our annual events include:

Big Lunches – A chance for families and communities to gather and enjoy food, fun, and entertainment

Family Fun Days – Events filled with games, activities, and performances for all ages

Lichfield Fuse Festival – A celebration of creativity, culture, and community spirit

Social Action Projects – Youth-led initiatives focused on improving the community and making a positive impact
Our community events give young people the platform to take part in social action, showcase their talents, and contribute meaningfully to the local area.
SPACE Programme
The SPACE Programme is a free, positive diversionary activity scheme, funded by the Staffordshire Commissioner. It offers young people a range of activities and experiences during the summer holidays, with the aim of:
- Reducing anti-social behaviour
- Promoting personal health, well-being, and social development
- Building teamwork and leadership skills
The programme is designed to keep young people engaged, active, and safe during the summer break, providing them with opportunities to try new activities, meet new people, and make the most of their summer. From sports and arts to community projects and workshops, there’s something for everyone!
