Young Leaders
Our Young Leaders Programme is designed to empower young people by providing them with the tools and training they need to lead, support, and inspire their peers. Through hands-on experience and leadership training, young people gain the confidence and skills to take on responsibility and make a positive impact in their community.
What We Offer:
- Leadership Training: Comprehensive training covering topics like effective communication, decision-making, team management, and problem-solving.
- Practical Experience: Opportunities to take on leadership roles within youth clubs, events, and community projects.
- Residential Opportunities: A special residential retreat at the start of the year, where young leaders can bond, develop their skills, and reflect on their roles.
- Mentorship & Support: Ongoing support from qualified youth workers and experienced leaders to help guide you as you develop your leadership skills.
- Volunteering & Duke of Edinburgh: Earn hours for your Duke of Edinburgh Award while gaining valuable leadership experience.

{Great youth club, kids love it. Lots of activities for them to do and the staff are really friendly. Would recommend. And it’s FREE !!!!
