At Fun Club Hub, we are committed to supporting young people aged 8–18 across Lichfield, Burntwood, and beyond. Our programmes offer positive experiences, creative opportunities, and practical support to help young people thrive and grow into confident, capable individuals.

Youth Work in Action:

Weekly Youth Clubs across Lichfield, Burntwood, and Tamworth

A strong and active Youth Forum representing young people’s views

Community Events including Big Lunches, Family Days, and Lichfield Fuse Festival

Annual SPACE Summer Programme funded by the Staffordshire Commissioner

Varied Volunteering Opportunities for both young people and adults

Tailored Educational Workshops delivered in schools and alternative provisions

Dedicated Gaming Provision that promotes teamwork and social connection

Young Leaders Training including residential programmes and in-house learning

Social Action Projects led by young people to make a difference in their communities

Trips & Residentials that offer adventure, learning, and personal development

Our Team’s Qualifications & Training

Our team members are experienced, qualified, and DBS-checked. Their training includes:

  • Degree in Youth, Community, and Play Studies

  • Level 4, 3, and 2 in Youth Work Studies

  • First Aid and Safeguarding (including Child Protection)

  • Food & Health Hygiene

  • RSA Bookkeeping and Sage Computerised Accounts

  • Prevent and Online Safeguarding Training

  • Environmental Sustainability Awareness

  • Inclusion training, including “Disabled & Go”

  • Health and Safety

  • A wide range of in-house and specialist training courses

Our Core Services:

  • Build self-esteem, confidence, and resilience

  • Create opportunities to learn new skills and broaden horizons

  • Encourage social responsibility and connection to the wider community

  • Offer a safe, inclusive space to explore identity, friendships, and personal growth

  • Provide access to trusted, friendly advice on a wide range of topics

  • Deliver the C-Card scheme offering free, confidential sexual health support

  • Signpost and refer to other specialist services when needed

  • Promote youth voice and leadership through our Youth Forum

  • Support young people to complete volunteering hours for their Duke of Edinburgh Award
